Set within beautiful Cotswolds countryside, this stone-built, 4-star B&B is 10 minutes’ drive from Bath and 15 minutes from the M4. Barn House serves delicious, aga-cooked full English breakfasts in the cosy kitchen overlooking green fields and woodland. Spacious and bright, all rooms boast picturesque views of the surrounding Wiltshire farmland. Each room features a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee-making facilities. There is also a shared kitchen with a fridge/freezer and microwave for guests to use. There are 2 acres of pretty gardens, and you can relax in outdoor seating areas with views of the local area. A wide variety of wildlife can often be seen, including woodpeckers, deer, and foxes. Barn House has free off-road parking, and is just a short distance from the Northey Arms pub where five-star food is available.

Please note, Barn House B&B does not allow smoking in any of its rooms or buildings - it is a non-smoking establishment. An additional charge of GBP 200 will be made for cleaning and associated costs if anybody smokes on the premises.
