On the ground floor there is a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is in open communication with the adjacent kitchen. Striking is the very large modern studio above. it is a bedroom. a living room or a combination of both. The studio also leads to the spacious. sunny terrace. The simple bathroom is downstairs in the basement. Very quiet (privacy is guaranteed) but in the valley and not too far from the road so easily accessible throughout the year.
