Detached villa with private pool in Rojales at a 20 minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura on the Costa Blanca. The villa is located in the famous development Benimar II near Rojales. This homely holiday residence has all comforts. The living/dining room has a rounding with open plan kitchen and access to the roofed terrace. From the terrace you walk down along the private pool to the lower terrace where you will find the outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The garden is lit in the evenings and it is great to sit outside here. On hot days the air conditioning provides cooling indoors. Your own fitness room with a few exercise machines is adjacent to the villa.The centre of Rojales with various restaurants. bars. supermarkets and (weekly) markets is 2 km away. For the fans. there are various golf courses and water sports near the holiday home. Attraction and water parks are also on hand. The harbour city Alicante (approx. 50 minutes by car) and Elche (circa 30km). with a 5 km long palm tree plantation are also worth a visit.
