The villa is located on its own enclosed plot of 1230 m2. so you have plenty of privacy.The villa is 800 m from the beach and 1 km away you will reach the former authentic fishing village of Moraira. Moraira is halfway between the cities of Valencia (approx. 110km). and Alicante (approx. 80 km) and is a lively fishing village with lovely sandy and pebble beaches nestled between small bays. Moraira has many good restaurants and also has a harbour. The immediate vicinity is ideal for sportive activities such as: walking. cycling. golfing and even sailing. In the surrounding area there are various golf courses.
