It has 3 lounge areas, each with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a fireplace. Linga Longa Wanaka is 5 minutes’ drive from Wanaka Golf Course, and 10 minutes’ walk from central Wanaka. Queenstown International Airport is a 50-minute drive away. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and a studio apartment. It has laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an espresso machine. You can watch a movie in the living room, or enjoy a barbecue in the garden. The house also features a garden and a ski storage room.

Please note that this property requires a deposit which is equal to 1 night accommodation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This bond will be refunded once a full property exit check has been done and upon confirmation that there is no excessive cleaning required, excessive rubbish to be removed or any damages to the property.
