In the heart of Dublin city centre, Clifden House by thekeycollection is a listed Georgian house with secure parking for a surcharge. O'Connell Street and Croke Park are within a 5-minute walk from Clifden House. Each en-suite room at Clifden House has free WiFi, a TV and tea/coffee facilities. There are no hairdryers or ironing facilities in the rooms, however these items can be rented for a refundable deposit. Breakfast is available each morning. The guest house offers a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage, and is within a 20-minute walk from Temple Bar and a vast array of restaurants and bars. Guests are Clifden House is a 10-minute drive from the 3Arena, and a 20-minute drive from Dublin Airport.

Please note that check-in for the apartments takes place at 16.00. Car parking is EURO 10 per night and must be reserved at the time of booking in order to secure your space. Different policies apply when booking 3 rooms or more. A security deposit of EUR 50 per person is required upon arrival for incidentals Please be advised that only one credit or debit card payment can be made for the security deposit. Individual per person payments are not permitted. The payment will be used to cover incidental items including, but not limited to, breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other residents enjoyment of the property. Security deposits may also be used by the management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities. The security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the apartment when the guests check-out. Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, depending on the bank. Any guests not adhering to House Rules will be evicted without refund. Please note, the property does not accept pre-paid/top up credit cards.
