Scarborough town centre, harbour and South Bay beach are all a short walk away, and owners Andy and Julie are happy to advise on the best attractions and nearby restaurants. Rooms at The Lysander are bright and have simple, elegant décor. All have an en suite bathroom, and come with complimentary toiletries and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast is provided each morning, with a wide-ranging menu featuring full English and vegetarian options, hot Belgian waffles with maple syrup, and continental choices like croissants, cereal and fruit.

Limited parking is available on site. It is necessary for all guests using on-site parking to hand their car keys in to the B&B. On-street parking is widely available, free, and unrestricted. Please note that this property cannot accommodate large single sex groups and hen/stag parties. Please note that full payment is required on arrival at the B&B.
