The rooms at Exchequergate are situated over the first and second floors of the building, with one shower room between them. One of the bedrooms is accessed through another of the bedrooms. There is an open-plan kitchen and dining room. The property boasts several large flat-screen TVs and free wi-fi throughout. Situated in the heart of the historic quarter, Exchequergate is less than a minute’s walk from some of the city’s best restaurants. The University of Lincoln is just a mile from the building and Humberside Airport is 25.5 miles away.

Please note that hen and stag parties are not accepted, along with any similar party bookings. Please note that a damage deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
