Oceanomare features chalets in a beautiful park by a lake, 7,5 km from Florianópolis's Rio Vermelho forest, plus 2 swimming pools and free Wi-Fi. The reception desk can help guests book many interesting activities across the island. Surrounded by rich native vegetation and carefully cultivated flower beds, the chalets provide great views. They all come with air conditioning, cable TV and minibar. There are two swimming pools, one for children and and one for adults, as well as a children's playground and sports courts for soccer and volleyball. The restaurant specialises in regional and Italian dishes, offering an option of sea food, pasta and vegetarian choices. It also serves a typical Brazilian breakfast buffet with tropical fruit, fresh bread and cakes. For refreshments, there is a pool bar. Guests can also book activities through Pousada Oceanomare's reception desk, which range from city and beach tours, suba diving and surfing, to horse riding, extreme sports and sand boarding. Pousada Oceanomare is situated 30 km from downtown Florianópolis and 35 km from Hercílio Luz airport. The guesthouse provides shuttle services to and from airport as well as free parking on site.
