Set in a quiet residential area a 15-minute walk from trendy Miraflores, this nicely decorated guest-house offers a garden and rooms with free Wi-Fi and private parking. Guests can watch TV in the common living room decorated with rugs, ceramic pieces and contemporary art. Rooms at Sevilla House feature parquet floors, wood furnishings and large windows with floor-to-ceiling curtains. They have cable TV and minibars. Private bathrooms have 24-hour hot running water. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%.
