The village of Strathtay has its own golf course and the Grandtully Rapids offer a thrill for canoeists. Each room has access to free Wi-Fi and is decorated in a chic and neutral style. The en suites at Riverwood have under-floor heating, and views from the windows look down over the lawn to the River Tay. Breakfast is served in the bright breakfast room, with tables overlooking the Tay, strategically positioned to enjoy the natural wildlife. A 10-minute drive from the property is the town of Aberfeldy, with several shops and restaurants. Strathtay also has a few popular eating spots. The larger town of Pitlochry is a 12-minute drive away, where rail links connect it further up to the Highlands and to Edinburgh in the south.
