Located in the charming town of Ambleside, in the heart of the beautiful Lake District. The Lakes B&B offers mountain views and is only a 5-minute drive from Windermere, England’s largest lake. Guests can enjoy mountain views from rooms which are decorated using natural colours and wood furnishings. They come equipped with a flat-screen TV as well as an en suite bathroom and free Wi-Fi. In the spacious dining room, a home-cooked breakfast can be enjoyed each morning. The Lakes B&B is just a 15-minute drive from Helvellyn Mountain, England’s third largest peak. The bike-friendly hotel offers secure storage for motorcycles and bicycles and has drying facilities available for walkers and cyclists. It is located close to many woodland trails or picturesque walks, some start and finish at the hotel itself.
