Built in 1900, Villa Athanaze is in a quiet residential area in Saint-Servan-sur-Mer, 2.5 km from Saint-Malo. It features en suite guest rooms, a garden with garden furniture and free Wi-Fi access. With a wooden floor, each room at Villa Athanaze includes a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer, and an electric kettle.
