This building complex is located 600 metres from the Arcachon Bay and 2.5 km from the beach and offers a large garden. It offers a villa and 2 independent cottages. The Villa has a private pool, a private playground, barbecue facilities, ironing facilities and washing machine. The cottages feature a terrace. All accommodation types have a well equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. A refrigerator, kitchenware and a dishwasher are provided in the kitchen. An oven is also available, and meals can be enjoyed in the dining area or al fresco on the terrace. Free parking is possible on site and the city of Arcachon is 12 km away. Andernos-les-Bains is 24 km away and Mérignac is reached by car in 45 minutes.
