Holiday House Mendiaux is located 1km from the centre of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. It sits in an 800m² garden and offers a self-catering house with a balcony, terrace and mountain views. The split-level house includes a living/dining room with an open fireplace and a TV. It leads to the terrace. There is also a double room and a fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, en suite facilities and a balcony. A seating area with a sofa, and a washing machine also feature in the house. Local shops, grocers and restaurants can be found within 800 metres of the house. There is also a sport centre 500 metres from the property.

Please inform Mendiaux in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 770 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
