Situated a 5-minute walk from Tours Train Station and Vinci Exhibition Centre, this elegant cottage features a garden, LCD TV with DVD player, a sauna and free wired internet access throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests are invited to bring their own coffee capsules or a request can be made in advance with the owner. You can relax on the terrace or in the living room, which has a fireplace, iPod docking station and CD player. French classes and packed lunches are provided upon request and at a surcharge. BBQ facilities are at your disposal on site and some shops and restaurant can be found 100 metres away. The Saint Martin Basilica is 1.5 km from La Dépendance and you can also visit the vineyard just outside Tours. Situated only 1 hour by TGV from Paris, the property is accessible via the A10 motorway, which is 500 metres away. Transfers to and from Tours Airport and Train Station can be organised, upon request.
