Holiday house Casa Rustica is semi-detached, surrounded by trees and meadows located in Minusio and can accommodate up to six guests. The living/dining room has a fireplace and a TV. The open kitchen is equipped with three hotplates, an oven and a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. The upper floor offers a double room with a double bed, and a bedroom featuring bunk beds and a double bed. The property also features a lawn sunning area, table tennis and a washing machine. Shops, grocers, restaurants, a beach and a lake are within driving distance. Free private parking is available on site.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
