This holiday home is located on top of a hill in the district of Valcros, 5.2 km from the centre of La Londe and 8 km from the sea and the sandy beach. The house is situated in a residential area, between the "Les Chenes a Valcros" and "Belvedere" with 20 steps to the entrance. There is a private outdoor swimming pool ( 4 x 9 m) opened from 01.06 to 30.09, situated below the property, on a different level. In the house you will find facilities like satellite-TV, electric heating, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living/dining room has exit to the terrace of 20 m2 with terrace furniture, which is in west facing position. There is reserved parking space on site and you are allowed to bring max. 1 dog/pet with you. Within 5 km you can find several shops, restaurants, grocers and a supermarket. The 18 holes golf course is 2 km away from the accommodation. Please note that a car is essential.
