Holiday home Casa del Boscaiolo is located 1 km from Monteverdi Marittimo, 8 km from the centre of Castagneto Carducci, 40 km from the centre of Volterra, in a quiet position, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside. It features a fenced park and a shared swimming pool (16 x 8 m, 04.06.-30.09.), outside shower, garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The country estate comprises several farmhouses and a manor house which the owners occupy. The farmhouses are completely separate and have extensive private outdoor areas and are equipped with barbeque and garden furniture. Furthermore, the swimming pool is available to guests for shared use, it is heated by solar panels and is open all year round. The owner has erected an open air museum in the communal park with his own sculptures. There is also a large communal room available to guests which is suitable for courses or dinners. Dinner and excursions can be arranged on request. There's also a second partial covered heated swimming pool (measures 3x9). The property is a 4-room house, 120 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. It has a living room with 1 double sofa bed; 1 room with 2 beds; kitchen (oven, freezer) with open fireplace and exit to the garden; shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom; 1 room with 1 bed; shower/bidet/WC. Garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. The complex also has a breakfast room, washing machine (for shared use). Half-board is possible. Parking in the grounds. Surroundings: shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach 19 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives in the same grounds.
