The upper floor has an open double bedroom with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet and a toilet. The second upper floor has an open gallery with sloping ceilings with a french bed. The house is in the centre of Modica, a shop, grocers, a supermarket, restaurant and a bar are located within walking distance. Public parking is available in the area.
