Das Landhaus is located in the centre of Gerlos next to the ski bus stop amid the Zillertal Arena Ski Area and offers you free access to its infra-red cabin, a buffet breakfast and rooms in rustic Tyrolean style. All rooms at Landhaus have a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a seating area. Some feature a mountain-view balcony. You can park your car for free on site and during summer you can make use of the garden with sun loungers and an outdoor pool. A ski storage room is available as well. Various restaurants, tennis courts and a bike rental store can be found in the centre of Gerlos. The nearest grocery store is a 3-minute walk away. Cross-country skiing tracks start right form the Landhaus.
