Set over 3 floors, this semi-attached chalet is 2.3 km from the centre of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and just some minutes from Brevent ski slopes. It offers free Wi-Fi and a terrace with views of the Mont Blanc and garden furniture. This wooden chalet offers a seating area with a fireplace and a TV with a USB port. It has 2 bathrooms, a bath and a shower. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are provided. Guests are able to prepare their own meals in the kitchen, which is equipped with kitchenware, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. An oven and a stove are also available. This guest house is 1.6 km from Chamonix Golf Course. Free private parking is available at the property.

A security deposit of EUR 1,500 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable 2 weeks after check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
