Located close to the Schaufelberg/Maiskogel ski lift and opposite the historic castle, Avenida Residenz an der Burg apartments are between 50 and 100 m² in size and are suitable for up to 8 people. They are tastefully furnished and are equipped with fully equipped design kitchens, large balconies, and music and video systems. They offer free high-speed internet and free parking (in a garage). A ski cellar and a washing machine are also available. A bus stop (also for the ski bus) is right in front of Avenida Residenz an der Burg, and a cross-country ski run starts right at the doorstep. A golf course is just a few minutes away. The Kaprun-Zell am See ski area has about 130 km of slopes. Many other ski areas can be reached by car in 20 to 30 minutes. The Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in all rates from 15 May to 15 October.
