The apartment house is surrounded by a garden with a lawn. You can use a room on site to store your ski equipment and you can also park your car free of charge in front of the Sonnenheim Apartment. A tennis court is 100 metres away and a ski bus stops 150 metres from the property. An ice rink and an indoor swimming pool can both be reached within 6 minutes on foot.
