Holiday House Luxner is situated 200 metres from the centre of Kaltenbach and 300 metres from the closest ski slope in the Zillertal. The apartment is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining area. The facilities include satellite TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Terrace has outdoor furniture. You can find shops and restaurants within 200 metres. The ski bus stops 100 metres from the Luxner House.

Please inform Luxner in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
