Apartment Hermitage I is a large, family friendly holiday development. There are 150 apartments in the property, 150 m from the lake. This is a 4-room terraced house on 2 levels, on the ground floor, partly renovated in 2012. There is a lounge with 1 sofa bed, large kitchen, equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer and with dining table and satellite-TV. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 small room with 1 bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating (extra), air-conditioning (extra). There is a small balcony, furnished terrace, small garden 20 m2 and barbecue (portable) possibilities. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (covered). For shared use: large, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (25 x 12 m, 01.06.-15.09.). Paddling pool, outside shower, public parking 100 m.
