Residence du Parc is a 10-minute drive from Disneyland Resort Paris, a 5-minute drive from the Val d’Europe Shopping Centre, and an hour's drive from Paris. It offers an outdoor, seasonal swimming pool and spacious, soundproofed studios with free WiFi. Studios at the Parc Residence have air conditioning, a private bathroom and TV. They each have a kitchenette equipped with a stove, a microwave and a fridge. A continental breakfast is served daily at the Residence du Parc. Free, secure parking is available on site. Val d'Europe RER Station is 1.8 km from the property. You can take the number 43 bus, just in front of the property, to reach Disneyland and Val d'Europe RER Station.

Breakfast is served everyday from 7:15 to 10:00 and costs EUR 8 for one adult and EUR 6 for a children under 12. The heated swimming pool is open from end of May to September from 10:00 to 21:00. Please note that a bedding type alternative configuration (2 twin beds) can be accommodated in the Studio (2 Adults) upon request and is subject to availability. Please specify your bedding preference in the special requests box when reserving. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
