Located in the centre of Tiarno di Sotto, Casa Anita features spacious apartments with a balcony, an equipped kitchenette and a seating/dining area. Each has an en suite bathroom and satellite TV. Lake Garda and Lake Idro are approximately 20 minutes by car from the property, while Lake Ledro is only 4 km away. A bus stopping only 150 metres from the apartments links with Riva del Garda. The Anita is within walking distance from a restaurant, a supermarket and a free public car park.

Please note that heating is available at extra costs and is charged on consumption. The accommodation must be left clean and tidy or a final cleaning charge will apply. Check-in and key collection is available from Monday to Saturday from 15:00 until 18:00. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site: bed linen at EUR 10 per person per set, towels at EUR 5 per person per set. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Via Cassoni 28, 38067 Pieve di Ledro. Please inform Casa Anita in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
