Alexander's offers accommodation in a typical Dutch building in a quiet street. The studios and apartments include free Wi-Fi, a guitar, and a kitchenette. Museumplein and the Albert Cuijp market are within a 10-minute walk. All of the rooms, studios and apartments at Amsterdam Apartments Alexander's come equipped with a TV and a CD player. They also have either private or shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Leidseplein is just over a 15-minute walk away, and Amsterdam Central Station is 10 minutes away by tram. RAI Convention Centre is about 25 minutes' by tram. Public parking is available nearby at an extra charge.

Please note that a damage deposit is charged on arrival and refunded after departure, provided that no damages are made, no nuisance has been caused, no smoking has occurred and the accommodation including the kitchen has been left organized and clean. Please note that guests are requested to not cause any nuisance in the residential area between 22:00 and 09:00. Guests are kindly requested to note that cleaning service is available at additional costs. During booking, all guests should state their expected arrival time using the Special Requests box. Please note that arrival after 18:00 is possible on request only. Arrival after midnight has to be requested and confirmed in advance and is possible for an extra charge of EUR 25. Please note that the patio, terrace and court yard cannot be used between 22:00 pm and 09:00 am. Please note that tranquility at the house and court yard must be respected at all times. It must be quiet between 22:00 om and 09:00 am. Please note that smoking soft drugs is not allowed in front of the house, in the court yard and on the terrace/patio. Please note that arrival after midnight is only possible at accurate appointment. It is not possible to arrive after 02:00 am. Please note that smoking in the accommodation and/or noise hindrance may lead to losing your deposit. Please note that parking is available in a camera guarded garage within a 2-minute walk. The charge is EUR 30 per day and a code from the property is required. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Gerard Doustraat, 6hs, 1072VP Amsterdam. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
