Haus Gerlinde enjoys a quiet location in Lermoos, a 2-minute walk from the next lift of the Grubigstein Ski Area. A free ski bus service to the Lermoos-Ehrwald-Biberwier Ski Area is available as well and there is an infra-red cabin on site. All Gerlinde apartments have a mountain-view balcony and a fully equipped kitchenette. Free Wi-fi internet access is available as well. Breakfast is offered on request and within a 3-minute walk you can reach various restaurants and shops in the centre of Lermoos. Children can have fun in the playroom or on the nearby outdoor playground in summer. Free private parking is available on site. Bicycles and motorbikes can be parked in the underground garage. You can make use of the indoor swimming pool of a partner hotel, which is a 2-minute walk away. Tobogganing is possible at the Grubiglift ski lift and cross-country trails can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. In summer, you can go bathing to the local outdoor pool, a 5-minute walk away.
