Informatie over bezwaar Domaine du Phare

The Domaine du Phare is located 2 km from the Gironde Estuary Beaches and 1.5 km from the village centre. It is made up of self-catering traditional holiday cottages. Free WiFi access is available at the reception. Each house has a living room with a kitchenette in the corner equipped with 2 to 4 electric hobs, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave/grill. There is also a bathroom and television is available at a small charge. Outside is a small garden and a large terrace with garden furniture. In the garden you will find a seasonal outdoor swimming pool with a furnished sun deck. A paddling pool for children and sandpits for petanque are also available. There is also a laundry available at an extra cost. Not far from Domaine du Phare you will find the Cordouan Lighthouse and the Médoc and Bordelais vineyards. There is free outdoor parking at the property. From Royan, guests have a take a ferry to reach Le Verdon.

Residence Rates: Cleaning fees are excluded. Towels and bed linen can be rented on site at an extra cost. Please note that a EUR 300 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
