This residence is located in the heart of Cannes, just 50 metres from Palais des Festivals de Cannes and 150 metres from the Croisette beach front. It offers fully furnished apartments with self-catering facilities. The Studios Parisiens invites you to make yourself at home. A kitchenette is at your disposable, with a refrigerator, a microwave and an electric kettle. Each apartment has tiled floors and is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The residence Studios Parisiens also has a laundry and is close to all amenities, such as supermarkets, the post office, banks and shops. The SNCF train station is just 100 metres away. You can easily travel around town by foot and discover the Festival Palace (200 metres away), the beaches and the casino. Boat trips are also available to discover the Lerins Islands.

Please note that your ID card/passport, credit card used for the reservation and a EUR 300 damages deposit will be required upon arrival. This deposit may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. A EUR 30 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. There is no reception on site. Check-in information including access codes and key collection will be provided by email.
