Festival Residence Apartments is located within 100 metres of Canne's Old Port and the Palais des Festivals. Some apartments have a 180-degree sea view. Free WiFi is available in all the apartments. Each air-conditioned apartment at the Cannes Festival Residence is designed in unique décor. It offers satellite channel on a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities and dishwasher and a living room. The Festival Residence is located close to the beach and La Croisette, with its famous brand shops. Guests can also enjoy the typical restaurants and bars and the small streets of the old town. There is a direct bus to and from Nice airport every 30 minutes, 200 metres from the apartments and it is 400 metres from Cannes SNCF train station.

Please note that this residence has no reception. The owner lives on site. Please confirm approximate arrival time by email or phone. Please note that this residence has a very small lift. Some apartments may not be accessible for guests with pushchairs. A daily cleaning service is not available unless requested in advance at an additional charge. During the festival a breakfast package can be provided at an additional charge. It must be requested in advance. For stays of under 14 nights, bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can bring your own or rent them from the property. Please note that the credit card used to make the booking has to be presented upon arrival.
