Located in the centre of Cannes, these air-conditioned studios and apartments are 400 metres from Cannes' Old Port and a 10-minute walk from Le Palais des Festivals de Cannes. Each accommodation features a balcony and free WiFi is provided throughout. An LCD TV with a DVD player are offered in each contemporary accommodation. An oven, a refrigerator and a coffee maker feature in the kitchenettes at L’Esperance, and the bathrooms include a hairdryer. A public parking is available on site. Cannes Train Station is just 1 km away.

Please note that after booking, guests will receive a booking confirmation sent by the agency. If you plan on arriving outside reception opening hours, please notify the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If you plan on arriving after 20:00, please note that a EUR 45 extra fee will apply. If you plan on arriving after 23:00, please note that a EUR 60 extra fee will apply. Credit card details will be requested upon arrival for the security deposit. Cash is not an accepted method of payment for the deposit. A deposit will be required upon arrival to cover any damage. It will be fully refunded on the day of departure, if no damage has been found in the accommodation during your stay.
