They also have a kitchen and dining room area, so you can prepare your own meals. Living rooms come with a TV and DVD player. Staff at the tour desk can organise admission to the City of Arts and Sciences, as well as arrange car and bicycle hire.

After booking, guests will receive confirmation of the address of their apartment. All check-in takes place at 3 Plaza de la Merced. Guests must inform the hotel of their arrival time in advance in order to be able to collect the keys. Contact hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 until 19:30. There is also 24-hour emergency telephone assistance. Arrivals after 20.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 20. Guests are required to pay a EUR 150 damage deposit at check-in (see Hotel Policies). Alternatively a credit card can be left as a guarantee. This amount will be released after 48 hours, subject to a damage inspection.
