Borough Apartments are located just over a 10 minute-walk from the Thames and the famous Tate Modern, in the London district of Newington. They offer spacious contemporary accommodation with free Wi-Fi, in a southern part of central London. Each apartment has an elegant lounge area with wooden floors and a flat-screen TV. Each kitchen is modern in design and features a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher. A large dining table and chairs is also included. Rooms in the Borough Apartments offer a mix of wooden furnishings and modern décor. Each apartment also has a modern, tiled bathroom with a shower. HMS Belfast is just over a mile away, and the Tower of London is a mile and a half from the building. Borough Tube station is just over a 5-minute walk away and is just 2 stops from Bank Tube Station on the Northern Line.

Guests must provide ID (passport, driving license or national ID card) at check-in. The card holder must be present during check-in Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older. To check in, guests are advised to go to the office at 6 Union Street, SE1 1SZ, where they will receive the keys and pay for the stay. They will be given directions to their apartment. Properties may be located within a 15-minute walk from the advertised area. Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 30% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised direct to guests by the hotel. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon check-in. In the case of groups of 6 or more guests, the security deposit will be GBP 50 per person. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note, any late arrivals after 21:00 will be charged GBP 20 and arrivals after midnight will be charged GBP 30. Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, and guests found breaking this rule will be charged. Please note that the pictures shown are selected from several apartments. Failing to follow these rules may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. A cash deposit is required on arrival for group bookings of more than 8 people, guests under the age of 25 and same day reservations.
