This residence is set in the centre of Cannes, just 700 metres from Boulevard de la Croisette and close to the fashion street Rue d'Antibes. It offers free Wi-Fi access and contemporary apartments with a washing machine. Decorated in neutral tones, the apartments are composed of up to 2 bedrooms and a living room with an LCD TV. Each one also has a modern bathroom and some include a private balcony or terrace. The apartments also provide a kitchen or an American-style kitchenette. Each one is equipped with an oven, hotplates and a microwave for preparing meals. Groceries and restaurants can be found within walking distance. Private parking is available on site at the residence and with an extra cost. Nice Airport is 28 km away and the train station is a 10-minute walk from the property.

A security deposit of EUR 1500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
