Residence Kenzia is in the centre of Cattolica, in a quiet area near shops, bars and restaurants. It offers air-conditioned apartments, and partner beach I Delfini Beach is 200 metres away. Each apartment includes modern Italian furniture, exposed wooden beams on the ceilings, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Apartments also feature a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. The Kenzia is approximately 200 metres from the beach. Cattolica Train Station is a 12-minute walk away. Cattolica Aquarium Le Navi is reachable by car in 5 minutes.
