Appartement Eden is set just 600 metres from the ski slopes and lifts of Chamonix and opens onto a private terrace with mountain views. Guests have free access to the residence’s seasonal outdoor swimming pool. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a CD player are provided in the living room. There are ironing facilities and a washing machine, and the private bathroom is fitted with a shower. The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave and meals can be enjoyed in the dining area. A storage space for skiing equipment is put at guests’ disposal. Free parking is available on site and Chamonix Train Station is 1.2 km away. The property is 3 km from Chamonix Golf Club and a 30-minute drive from Sallanches.

A security deposit of EUR 800 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable 2 weeks after check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided.
