Appartement Carlton is located in the centre of Chamonix, just 500 metres from the nearest ski lifts. It offers 2 private balconies with views of the Brevent mountains and the valley. The accommodation is made up of 1 living area with a sofa bed and a small bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a DVD player in the living room, and a full equipped kitchenette with a washing machine. Local shops, bar and restaurants can be found in the streets surrounding the property.

A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable 2 weeks after check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. If you require bed linen/towel rental, please contact the property in advance to arrange this. The cost is EUR 20 per person.
