Swiss former alpine ski champion Heidi Andenmatten-Zurbriggen’s Chalet Rustica in Saas-Almagell is within a 5-minute walk of restaurants, a supermarket, a ski bus stop and the Saas-Almagell Cable Car. Apartments at the Rustica have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with 1 or 2 showers, free Wi-Fi, and a seating area with a sofa. Some units have a south facing balcony, and guests also have access to a shared washing machine. The property has a garden with barbecue facilities, and parking is available on site free of charge. The property also has a ski storage room, and ski equipment rental and ski pass purchase are possible on site. The Rustica is located opposite a minigolf course and within 100 metres of a children’s playground. Saas-Fee is 8 km away and Visp can be reached by car in 30 minutes. During summer season from 1 June to 31 October 2016, the cable cars and the bus are included in the city tax.
