VISIONAPARTMENTS Zurich Albertstrasse enjoy a quiet location, a 10-minute walk from the Zürich-Hardbrücke Train Station, and offer you a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, and free WiFi. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and intercom system are further features of the building. Maid service including waste disposal and exchange of towels is available for stays longer than 6 nights. Various restaurants, bars, grocery stores and cinemas can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The Quellenstrasse stop of trams 4 and 13 is a 3-minute walk away.

Payment: You will receive a payment link on the day of booking or later for making the payment. The damage deposit (see below) will be pre-authorized on your credit card. Damage Deposit: Please note that Vision Apartments requires a damage deposit. For bookings up to 14 nights it is CHF 500 and for bookings longer than 14 nights it is CHF 1500. It will be pre-authorized (blocked) on your credit card on the day of booking or later. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card. Check-in: Please note that Vision Apartments has no reception in the building. The access code to the main entrance of the building and your apartment will be sent to you on the day of arrival before 15:00. Please provide photo ID: Please send a copy of your identity card or passport via e-mail or SMS. Cleaning: For stays longer than 6 nights, a change of towels and waste disposal is included in the price. Required access: Access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from Monday till Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 for the following weekly cleanings and repairs by a technician.
