The property has a 15 m2 partly covered terrace, south-west facing position, with furniture and view of the sea. Facilities: electric heating, washing machine, reserved parking space n 935. Notes: the building is accessed by steps; TV with French channels only; there is a limited number of parking spaces in the residence. Surroundings: grocers 200 m, restaurant 300 m, sandy beach, shingle beach 400 m. Sports harbour 300 m, golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 3 km, Sentier du Littoral 1 km.

After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
