This is a studio 27 m2 on the 2nd floor. The living/dining room has 1 double sofa bed and TV. Alcove with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (2 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, north-west facing position. A view of the mountains is available from the apartment. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet/ dog is allowed and that the TV is only FR. The residence is 50 m from the centre, it's in an apartment complex: lift. Shop 100 m, shopping centre 200 m, restaurant 30 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station 300 m. Golf course 3 km, sports centre 500 m, cable cabin 900 m, ski runs 700 m, ski bus stop 100 m, cross-country ski trail 500 m. Please note that there is a free of charge ski bus and there are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform L'Espace Montagne 3 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
