For shared use there is a park of 3 ha with lawn and trees and a secured outdoor swimming pool, 20 x 8 m, opened from 01.06 to 30.09. Outside there is a shower and it is possible to play tennis. In the complex there is an elevator. In this apartment you will find facilities like a TV, dishwasher and a washing machine. The living/dining room has exit to the balcony of 5 m2, which is in north facing position. The terrace of 20 m2 is in south facing position and has paroramic view of the sea and the garden.
