Featuring free WiFi and free gym access, Premium Apartaments is located 10 minutes’ walk from Valencia Train Station. Valencia’s Old Town is 900 metres away. Guests can enjoy an interior terrace with garden. The bright, air-conditioned apartments have a modern décor with white finishes. Each one includes a living-dining area with flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and ceramic hob. Bed linen and towels are included, while shared laundry facilities are available. Premium Apartments has an on-site restaurant that offers local cuisine. There is a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars within a 10-minute walk from the property. Buses to the Ciudad de Artes and las Ciencias, the beach and the port leave from a stop just 50 metres from the apartments. Valencia Airport is 10 minutes’ drive away.

Key collection takes place at 4 Espartero Street. Please note in the case of lost keys, there will be a charge of EUR 50.
