Schwendau’s Ferienwohnung Rahm is just a 1-minute walk from the Zillertal 3000 ski area and local cross-country ski trails. The property can be reached by skis in good snow conditions. Apartments at the Rahm have a balcony with mountain views, 2 or 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, dishwasher, bathroom, sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. A bread delivery service is available upon request. The nearest restaurant is located just opposite the Rahm. Shops, an ice skating rink, outdoor pool, mini golf course and a bicycle rental shop can be visited in Hippach or Mayrhofen 3 km away. The property has a ski storage room with boot drying facilities, and private parking is available on site free of charge. Also on site are a children’s playground and games room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in public areas. Paragliding, canyoning, rafting, horse riding and climbing can all be done within 5 km of the Rahm. A high ropes course can be visited in Ginzling, 7 km away, and Aschau is 15 km away.
