The apartments of Smaragdi come in the form of autonomous maisonettes, which range in size from 42 to 65 m² and can accommodate 3 or 4 people. They all have kitchen facilities, air conditioning and TV with DVD player. A fireplace in the lounge warms up the cold nights.
