Budapest Center Residence offers newly renovated apartments with balcony on the top floors of a historic residential building, just 300 metres from Andrássy Boulevard in the heart of Budapest. The apartments feature free WiFi, air conditioning, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A bottle mineral water is available for free. Restaurants and grocery stores are reachable within a 5-minute walk. Budapest Center Residence also provides massages, airport transfers and a shuttle service for a surcharge. Deák Square and the metro stops for the M1, M2 and M3 are 450 metres away. The Opera House is 400 metres from the apartments and the Danube River bank is 1 km away.

The apartments are located in a residential building, guest are kindly asked to respect the other residents. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartments and loud activities are prohibited after 20:00. Late check-in is possible upon prior confirmation by the property and an additional fee of EUR 19 applies. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Please note, when paying in cash, only the local currency (HUF) in accepted. In case of booking for more than 5 people, different policies may apply. Please note that the property is located in a residential building. Parties and other loud activities are not allowed on site. Please inform Budapest Center Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
