Set in private parklands in a Georgian mansion house, the Penventon Park Hotel has a heated indoor pool and offers free Wi-Fi. Local, seasonal produce is served in the Penventon’s elegant restaurant. Fresh Italian coffee and a selection of teas can be enjoyed over a cooked-to-order breakfast. Sky Sports is shown in the on-site pub, the Spice of Life, which serves local ales and has pool tables and dart boards. Each room has traditional decor and includes a TV and tea and coffee facilities. All rooms have a private bathroom with a selection of toiletries and a hairdryer. Some rooms feature a carved wooden bed and access to an outdoor patio and the hotel's gardens. Redruth Rail Station and the town centre are a 10-minute walk away. The small coastal town of Portreath is 10 minutes’ drive away and St Ives’ beaches and art galleries are less than 30 minutes away by car.
